I dropped off a return package from an online retailer and they claimed they never received the package. I called this PostalAnnex location where I dropped the package off and they were so helpful and helped track the package for me. Great service! I definitely recommend this location because their customer service is great!
I will never step foot in this Postal Annex location again. I went in for some passport photos and a guy was taking my picture then a woman working there had to take over. I don’t know her name but she has black hair. Mature woman. The woman was rude, I felt rushed and she chastised me telling me they took 6 photos instead of the standard three. Update: I had a few things forwarded from my box here at Postal Annex cross country and they took care of it each time. Got to its destination very fast. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Wonderful people work here. I signed up for a post box here through iPostal since I live in Tijuana and everything was smooth. I come here once a month to pick up my mail and the fee is very reasonable. The owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!
