I don’t understand why every time I come here this business always finds an excuse to charge and make money off of me. I just attempted to send a gift card to my mom. I already had the stamp postage on the letter and I asked for a tracking number. The owner lady kept arguing with me that it wasn’t a gift card that she had to charge me as a package. I signed up for a post box here through iPostal since I live in Tijuana and everything was smooth. I come here once a month to pick up my mail and the fee is very reasonable. The owners and staff are very nice and friendly. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service! The team at PostalAnnex went out of their way to help me with everything I needed, and they were incredibly kind and professional the entire time.
