Great Customer Service, professional service, locally owned business....highly recommend!
Called yesterday about shipping via FedEx with box and pre-printed label, with no mention by clerk of any charge for white bag they would supply. Came today, clerk placed the box in bag, I sealed the bag and then clerk mentions an almost $5 fee for said bag. Then became angry and tossed my receipt at me after I refused to pay for bag, like it was my fault that she never bothered to mention the ridiculous cost for a bag that can be obtained elsewhere for fifty cents or less. Staffing of 1-2 employees (often only one) is not sufficient to handle customer flow. Nearest competitor has 4+ employees to help you. Poor management of line queue handling customers in order- vs getting quick tasks handled efficiently. A very time consuming place for customers.
