Used PostalAnnex as a DHL service point for a package that would’ve required a signature. Arrived and picked up my package in no time!
Woman (who I assume is the owner) is extremely condescending.
I came in today with a little more complicated shipping request and Marty moved mountains and worked with me to ensure the shipment was sent according to instructions I received.
