I was shipping 2 packages here yesterday, Dec. 15th. One package to SC weighed 9.5lbs 16x12x10 - I was told UPS was the only service that would deliver by the 23rd and was charged $63.15! The other to Cedar City UT 6.2lbs 20x14x6 and same answer.. only UPS and was charged $29.00! $92.15 for 2 packages. I saw on the receipt the weights had been adjusted to 13lbs on both under "Ratio Weight". They couldn't tell me what that was, except they always do it that way. I was in Reno for just a few days, my mission to empty a storage unit — one of those "before I die, I need to get this done" tasks. With 14 boxes to ship to Alabama — a bit much for airline check-in — I was referred to James at Postal Annex. He drove to the storage unit the following morning, picked up the boxes, shrink-wrapped them on a pallet, and advised which carriers had the lowest cross-country pricing. Did a great job. Did not take them very long at all. I was out of town and needed stuff moved. They sent pictures and we communicated all along the way. Big burden off my back and I'm so glad James and Cynthia were able to do this so easily for me.
I went to see Mr. Musgrove after getting a quote from a large chain retailer to have brochures made. Not only was the customer service some of the best I’ve ever experienced but after receiving very helpful small business advice he also saved me over $350! I will be solely using James for any of my future business needs and may stop in just to have a chat, that’s how cool he was. I highly recommend checking them out for a great experience and professional business help.
