I’ve had three separate visits to mail items. First two times, only charged a tape fee which is fair. The third time I was charged a printing fee for my shipping label, which was unexpected because each visit I used a QR code to print my shipping label and was not charged a printing fee. I had cause to do a lot of mailings over the past 6 months. I have to say that using the PO on Glenburnie drove me crazy. I could count on a wait of 10 to 45 minutes every time.... plus current employees I found dour and uninterested..... compared to a few years ago. I dreaded going and standing in line every day. My son-in-law told me about the Annex, and now I actually look forward to bringing my items in. Everyone is friendly and helpful and brightens up my day. I went last Thursday to get something notarized and faxed. Everyone was so friendly and it was quick and easy! I had my daughter and (if I remember her name correctly) Sarah was interacting with my daughter as my daughter talked about our dogs while Angela helped me! Will definitely go back and continue to use their services!

I wish I had the name of the woman who took care of me, on February 4th around noon.. She was extremely kind and helpful. Very pleasant experience.
