Love it. Went there for the first time yesterday. Both ladies were fantastic. Friendly and efficient. From now on I will always use them. Great employees make or break a business!!!
I’ve had three separate visits to mail items. First two times, only charged a tape fee which is fair. The third time I was charged a printing fee for my shipping label, which was unexpected because each visit I used a QR code to print my shipping label and was not charged a printing fee. When I asked why I was being charged what I thought was an additional fee, the receptionist said that it has always been a fee, and that the previous visits, they must have been ‘hooking me up’.
