Excellent service to support my shredding needs. Details about the service were explained by the person working there and pricing is very reasonable. I'll use them again.
The front-counter employee working at 12:30 p.m. on 1/3/26 was rude and dismissive. She showed zero interest in helping customers. Three people ahead of me left because they received little to no service. I left frustrated and will not return if this is the standard for customer service.
Lady working today 12/12 at 2pm is RUDE! Rudely joked about my accent with the other young lady working.
Great and friendly place to ship anywhere. They are great at shipping internationally like India etc.
