Arrived 9:04am to ship off a couple of packages. The open light was turned on. But the door was locked and half the lights were off.
This place is certainly convenient, but that comes to with a price. I was really surprised that black and white copies cost $1 per page. This in addition to the zip code mark up makes me not want to do business here. I'm so glad I asked about prices first. Also, I don't really understand the need for my phone number to send a package by USPS. The staff seemed friendly.
Do you want to pay an extra $30 to ship your boxes? That's what you'll get here! Boxes that can be shipped for $11 elsewhere will cost you $40 to ship here! Completely insane! It really is sad that a neighborhood postal hub is fleecing the community like this. Shame on them.
I despise going to USPS to drop off packages… but this place? Amazing! Great atmosphere and they are just lovely people. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending to all my friends. Thanks again!
