Dealing with Austin's attitude just isn't worth the convenience anymore. I've used this place ever since it opened and his dismissive and combative demeanor just isn't worth the risk of going in there anymore. I will literally drive another 5 minutes right by this place to deal with a direct carrier from now on

I've used this Postal Annex location several times now and every time, experience has been really good. I have used them for documents notarization as well as sending packages and they have consistently delivered excellent service. I would highly recommend them.
Last month, I used this store's FedEx service to mail two personal phone SIM cards to my friend who's in Canada. The staff actually shipped them via the commercial channel, which resulted in a CBP bill, costing me 40 CAD! I'm absolutely speechless! I'll never use this courier service again—utterly irresponsible!
