Last month, I used this store's FedEx service to mail two personal phone SIM cards to my friend who's in Canada. The staff actually shipped them via the commercial channel, which resulted in a CBP bill, costing me 40 CAD! I'm absolutely speechless! I'll never use this courier service again—utterly irresponsible!
I've been to this Postal Annex location three or four times now, and every experience has been top-notch.
