Wow, I've heard bad things about this place but I found out firsthand when I tried to mail my Oregon tax return. They charged me over $18 to mail this manila envelope with 7 pieces of paper in it. I asked them if that was the genuine United States postal rate and they said, "Under our contract yes, that is the price. Plus you'll have to pay a $2 drop off fee." Great little place for sending your packages. Can ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Nice customer service.

i stopped by to drop off a simple letter i needed help with because it was going out of country. the worker there was very friendly and helpful and answered my questions :) fingers crossed my letter makes it to it's destination now!

They charge for everything. I had my own prepaid labels and they were trying to charge me extra. Their prices are very high for simple tasks such as printing a shipping label.

The usual place I visit to drop off UPS packages closes at 6PM, so I figured I'd just go here as it says it's a UPS authorized location and open until 8PM. As crazy as it is that you don't have the basic equipment to scan QR codes and print labels, that's not what warranted this rating. It was due to the fact that, instead of being honest and telling me that your shop doesn't have the ability to do that, I was given misinformation and told I would have to go to an "actual" UPS store since I have a QR code, which is absolutel... read more
