I had a last minute notarized document that needed to be sent out. I called this location and Emily was amazing and so helpful. She is a notary public and was able to notarize my document and get it sent off in the same trip. When I went into the location Emily was extremely kind, knowledgeable, patient, fast, thorough, and helpful. She explained everything that I had questions about (which was a LOT of questions). Great little place- cute gifts too
There are 2 Postal Annex stores within 1/2 a mile of each other. One has great service and the other one has...well, if you can't say something nice...Anyway, this is the one with the great service.
Wow, I've heard bad things about this place but I found out firsthand when I tried to mail my Oregon tax return. They charged me over $18 to mail this manila envelope with 7 pieces of paper in it. I asked them if that was the genuine United States postal rate and they said, "Under our contract yes, that is the price. Plus you'll have to pay a $2 drop off fee." I asked several times if that was the actual price that the United States Post Office charges and she was cagey about her response, but kept being affirmative. I found... read more
