I am commending Lilia & Gigi from PostalAnnex 19014!! On Saturday, Sep 5th, I went there to send an international package. They went above & beyond to assist me to get the best rate and everything to send it but due to the very High Customs & Excise the receiver would have to pay (more than double the worth of the package) we had to decide against sending it.
