Lost package! The guy was talking on his phone all distracted! Never gave me the receipt! Now usps says that they never scanned it at their facility! It was a package worth 1000 dollars! Dont know if to cry or shout! Please don’t use this facility!

Following my conversation with the United States Inspection Services, I have submitted an official complaint. Ravi mentioned that he will terminate my box despite my advanced payment and will not issue refunds for unused months. The owner won't be flexible if you leave your package for more than five days; he will impose a fee of $35-$50 or higher. Ravi claimed he wouldn't charge for small boxes, but that wasn't true.
