Unfortunate, we’ve used this location for years for printing as we have a business across the street. They printed an order crooked, so I went in to discuss as we had a future in the works with them. I was quickly told “no refunds” by overbearing owner Ravi, who then told me to take business elsewhere… very confused and surprised.. I left and will not be returning. Will make sure our community is aware. Thanks, you’ve been annexed.

Wish there was a selection for no stars! The owner should not be allowed to run this store anymore.! Please get him out of this community! He’s absolutely rude and disgusting, charges for a printout of a label, didn’t hold a package for me over the weekend because he said it was too big and it was a framed photograph, he’s just the most disgusting, rude man I’ve ever met will never go back !

Writing a negative review is a new thing for me I never do it but I had to this time. The owner is extremely rude and u professional. The prices here are also a complete ripoff. I noticed this guy less than 2 stars on his reviews that’s for a reason because the owner is not a good person. Bring your business to the many other postal locations for your mail needs. I will never come back here.

The owner here was flirting with my 14 year old daughter. He’s a creepy old man I walked out to my car to get my purse and my daughter said he asked for her cell number. Sat away from this place.

Guy working here is unprofessional and Incompetent ant taking passport photos, and made both of my children cry in the process. If you can’t do it properly just take the sign down that you offer the service. You’re better off going to the new and better Postal Annex on Agoura Rd..
