Bad customer service, not from the employees but the owner himself. Disappointing
Terrible printing experience. No Wi-Fi, no signal inside, had to walk outside several times just to send one email. Finally printed one page and was charged $3.88 instead of the usually $0.24 (per page for black and white )and $0.76 (for color copies). Staff told me to “go to FedEx” when I mentioned the price. Overpriced and unprofessional.
Quick and easy! Walk-in notary service took less than 10 minutes. No issues at all.
Lost package! The guy was talking on his phone all distracted! Never gave me the receipt! Now usps says that they never scanned it at their facility! It was a package worth 1000 dollars! Dont know if to cry or shout! Please don’t use this facility!
Way overpriced and take advantage of customers.
