I’ve been coming here for 5 years, purely out of convenience because it was the closest carrier for so long. Not once have I ever had a pleasant experience. Customer service is HORRIBLE, they are SLOW. Very funny story.. went here The older lady with short hair was very rude and negative. I was surprised and told the story to my hubby and he asked me if it was the one closest to the house because he doesn't go to that one anymore because of the very rude lady there! Happened to be the same lady. We're thinking either she is autistic, going through a hell or the owners are crazy and stressing the heck out of them.. not sure but too bad for the neighborhood and for the business because of her lack of customer service.

Package was lost and tracking shows it was not even picked up, and they just blame the drivers, careful when using this drop box, they will loose your package (im not the first one)
