Don't use them they sign off on packages they don't scan into the system and lose them (points to possible fraud). They are not professional. Employee told me to have the packages sent directly to my house if I don't want the packages to get lost next time.
Venessa went above and beyond to help me with a shipping error that was completely unrelated to the postal annex. She answered the phone very quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable/helpful! I am VERY thankful for this postal annex and the people who work here.
