Slow service. Employees don't seem to know what they are doing or when to ask for help from management. Needed a passport photo but their equipmentwas malfunctioning (not Employees fault). Employees did not instill confidence in their ability to handle the situation.

Había 2 personas frente a mi y dure 55 Minutos para que me dieran mi paquete. La señorita que atiende es muy amable, lo que pasa es que tanta amabilidad ( que se le agradece ) pasa a tener chiples a los clientes. Con la última clienta no le daba bien la dirección y estaba culpando a la empleada, y para acabar le pidió descuento que porque a ella le daban descuentos Leo, y la pobrecita tuvo que hablarle a Leo para el descuento. I believe her name was Marianna, she had short hair. She called me to tell me I had a package that was there over a week and wanted to give me the chance to pick it up before it was returned to sender. She was very friendly and fast!
Excellent customer service and easy to pickup pkgs, get lottery etc. Highly recommend
