They are so rude
They “open at 9am” and it was still closed, why put business hours if you don’t even comply with your own rules.
States they are open on Sunday, drove all the way to the store to see that they are closed….. if you’re open on Sunday be open, if you’re not open on Sunday then change your hours online.
They excessively overcharge on shipping. It is better to go directly to a Post Office, even if you have to drive more, than to do it through them.
