I have mailed two greeting cards with gift cards enclosed from there at two different times. Both times the card never reached the recipient. Either this is a Postal Annex issue or a USPS issue. This is very disheartening. I won’t mail greeting cards from there again.
I tried to give the situation tome to see if it would be resolved but it's been almost 5 months and it hasn't. First, please understand this is not the post office. My husband used it thinking it was affiliated with the USPS and he was wrong. We dropped off a package with a dress worth $100 and it disappeared. I got the run around about it and months later ot hasn't been resolved and I'm out $100 and they don't care at all. Outstanding service
just went in their and the one thing ive done several times they all the sudden don't do since when is it now a dollar to print a free return label which i've done their a million times in the past and the one other thing she said she can't do was scan the qr code which was also a lie cause thats been done each of those times i used to like the service you get in their now the one i spoke with today is lazy and don't wanna do her job ill go elsewhere next time yall can shut down for all i care
