just went in their and the one thing ive done several times they all the sudden don't do since when is it now a dollar to print a free return label which i've done their a million times in the past and the one other thing she said she can't do was scan the qr code which was also a lie cause thats been done each of those times i used to like the service you get in their now the one i spoke with today is lazy and don't wanna do her job ill go elsewhere next time yall can shut down for all i care

I live less than a mile from Postal Annex. I know when I go there it will be a pleasant experience. Today I went, and Savannah waited on me. She was nice, friendly, & professional. I faxed a few papers, and she kept me posted on the status of the fax. I bought other items while I waited for the fax to complete. She waited on me while purchasing those items as well. In this mean world we live in, it sure is nice to be greeted with a smile, and treated nicely & respectfully.

I have been using this business as both my legal address as a FullTime RVer and my small business address. As a disabled customers, they have always been polite, friendly, and provided excellent service in times of delivery issues or needing to print, ship, notarize, or buy supplies. Most recently, typing up a letter to send to a retailer as "proof" the package with that tracking number was never received.
