My first time there! I loved it! Cute little gift shop, friendly staff (especially Savannah) I even received a goodie bag for being a first time customer. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I love the staff and service at this store. Last year I spent ALOT of time as I was the executor of an estate. From getting many documents notarized to mailing documents and sending funds via checks at times to copying and help choosing the proper packaging, I had superior service each visit. I also was impressed with how they treated each customer like they were the only person there, always with a smile. I still use them to send packages. This place is the epitome of great customer service. The owner, Robin, and her associate Matt had the utmost patience and kindness during my business transactions. They have won great customer service awards for 3 years and going because they truly show they care about their customers.

I had a dozen antique porcelain Xmas ornaments to ship. The lady there told me how to wrap and pack them so nothing would get broken in transit. And she was right on point. Every single ornament came thru unscathed. So grateful for all the help.
