We love using the postal annex! Walking in you’re always warmly greeted and assisted right away. Savannah is so wonderful. She always packages our items with such care and grace.

I have mailed two greeting cards with gift cards enclosed from there at two different times. Both times the card never reached the recipient. Either this is a Postal Annex issue or a USPS issue. This is very disheartening. I won’t mail greeting cards from there again.

I tried to give the situation tome to see if it would be resolved but it's been almost 5 months and it hasn't. First, please understand this is not the post office. My husband used it thinking it was affiliated with the USPS and he was wrong. We dropped off a package with a dress worth $100 and it disappeared. I got the run around about it and months later ot hasn't been resolved and I'm out $100 and they don't care at all.
