Postal Annex in Murrieta, CA has Amazing customer service. They are Always friendly and Knowledgeable. They have a variety of services at reasonable prices. They out shine the UPS store down the street, by far.

Jason and his staff at Postal Annex, Los Alamos, Murrieta, California provided exceptional customer service. Jason went above and beyond in helping us mailed important documents to meet the deadline required. I highly recommend this postal annex to everyone especially to my fellow Veterans. Very friendly and professional!!

I've been a customer for a little over 6 months now. I visit every few days to pick up my mail. The staff was great at helping me set up my box and my change of address. Even helped add my roommate when he was able to come on a different day. Always greet you when you come in the door and so friendly. When we moved again recently we had the option to move our mail to our residential address but opted to keep our current box at Postal Annex. They're convenient to my work location and the service is awesome.

I just moved here and it was my first time at this store and I don't typically write reviews but this store was very special and unique. I have 3 babies and they had a little section with toys for the kids to keep the occupied. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was a wonderful experience

Small but super nice lady. Who helped me mail back a return item. They move pretty quickly and when I got therein was a line. In and out and done fast.
