I had such a positive experience with the folks at this location! My items were packed with great care by a very personable and knowledgeable staff member. When I ran into trouble with the package on the other end of the transaction, the staff and owner immediately jumped in to help and make things right, no hassle at all. Everyone here seems to really care about the work they do and the customers they help. It was a real pleasure having them help me, and I will be back!
The team at this location is incredible! They are so knowledgeable, work so well together and I have yet to find anything mailing related that they cannot help me with personally or Business- wise. Their hours are awesome. They have everything you need on hand they ease the way at every turn. I haven’t been to the regular post office in years and I don’t plan on going back.
Service at this Postal Annex is outstanding! The staff and owner, in particular Randall and Karl, in my experience helped me with skill and fairness and value in costs through a long distance pickup, pack with care, and prepare for pick up situation. They are extremely helpful and went above and beyond expectations and hopes for the help I needed. I'm very impressed with this location and highly recommend them and their services. I have enjoyed friendly service from the employees for several years but am giving them a low rating because of this. Four months after getting a mailbox with them, I need to close it due to changes in our organization. They will not offer a prorated refund of my year payment even though the box would be available for them to rent to someone else.
