I just dropped off 13 packages (UPS returns). I was a few minutes after closing time and the owner kindly said he’d take the boxes. He saved me 20 minutes by not having to drive to the ups store. Super nice and convenient.
My Australian shepherd unfortunately chased the mailman and they will never deliver mail again to my home. Postal Annex has been a fantastic option with PO Boxes along with great customer service. They also offer notary services and of course shipping...
I left as soon as I entered. The person at the counter was extremely rude. I decided to take my business somewhere else. I rarely leave 1 star reviews but the attitude and rudeness caught me by surprise.
