Owner refused to release my husband’s package to me because **our last names don’t match .** Despite my CA DMV issued Real ID proving residency, he chose to withhold a medical device from someone recovering from surgery and currently incapacitated. The official UPS rule states that if names don’t match, residency must be verified to release. Rule confirmed via UPS Customer Service this evening. Beware of doing business with them.

Walked in for a drop in livescan for the DMV and my school. Service was really quick and staff was friendly and courteous. Pricing is lower than most places around, charging $30 for each livescan (not including the $32/49 DoJ fee). Great option for the price, and will definitely be coming back in the future for any licescanning. (They charge $3 for credit cards, so bring cash or debit)
Really wonderful service here. Every time I have come by, they have been so helpful and go above and beyond. They have lots of services to suit your needs. The live scan process here has been easiest for me in the whole area (I’ve had it done 4 times and theirs was the best - quick, clear, easy). Support your local mom and pop shops!
