First time using a PostalAnnex. Needed to ship some small household goods. They serve both FedEx and UPS and showed us which one was cheaper for our needs (still a bit pricey). Service was friendly and quick. They did a nice job packing for us too.

I recently visited the Postal Annex and was thoroughly impressed! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive especially AJ, he was ready to assist with my needs. They have multiple shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS having all three major shipping services in one place was really helpful as it was giving me the estimated charges from all the three carriers and it was easy to compare. This is my local postal annex and I have loved the service I have received each time I’ve entered this store! Ajay, the owner, and all of his staff are welcoming and very helpful. The store sells several great products, some even personalized. If you’re ever in the Concord area and in need of shipping, notary, or a nice meaningful gift, this postal annex is the way to go!

I recently stopped by this PostalAnnex store to ship an item and get a few prints done. The staff there were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provide a wide range of services including shipping and packaging, mailbox rental, office supplies, faxing, notary, passport photo services, fingerprinting, stamp sales, and a cool collection of greeting cards and gifts. I highly recommend their services for all your shipping and printing needs.
