What a joke!!!! Straight up useless!!!!! I had a QR code for a paid for by company return and this useless place couldn't handle it. I can scan a QR code from my phone so how is a supposed business not able to handle this???!!!! I left and drove to a real ups in Hixson and was taken care of in 2 minutes efficiently.
