I went to visit Postal Annex and the store manager, Michael was so awesome. He assisted me with the completion of the required forms without hesitation. He was very pleasant and you can tell he was genuine about his role.
They are not competent. Many errors. Multiple mistakes. If you don't mind your Amazon packages being given to other customers which is impossible unless you don't care about your responsibilities and you are lazy. No apologies just excuses why they can't do simple tasks. Go to UPS or Fed Ex or better yet USPS who can all accept mail and Amazon and other packages professionally and not mess your packages up.
