I LOVE postal annex. The staff is always so kind and help you package and tape your items. Been going to this and research location for years and I consider it the best business in the springs!!!
Great customer service! I use Postal Annex for all of my shipping. They are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They give me options for which carrier offers what prices and time frames for delivery, so I can choose what's best for each situation. Recently the US postal service lost one of the packages I shipped and Armand followed up promptly, filed appropriate requests with USPS and eventually it kicked the postal search system into action and they found my package. I love the Monument Postal Annex. I always go there for all of my shipping needs. Staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. They make the process so easy to drop something off, getting it packaged or labeled. I've never had an issue shipping anything. They have everything you need plus a variety of cute gifts and cards.
