Staff and manager very friendly but over worked. Had to wait a while because not enough help. Once it was my turn they helped me and was very attentive.
Was in the other day and it took forever to get service. They definitely need more help. Other than that they are a one stop shop for shipping supplies
Slow and overpriced. If you’re in a rush, definitely skip this place. There was only one other customer, yet it still took a while just to mail a single package. I’ve made many similar shipments and have never paid anywhere near this much. When I asked about the cost, I was told that Postal Annex has different pricing than UPS and other carriers — which basically means a markup.
