Just wan to add and update how amazing the staff here are. Im update today July 9th 2025 because they absolutely deserve it ! They go way above and beyond to help and accommodate. I lease a postal box here and I have to say that it's been a pretty smooth experience. I've had a box at the UPS store in the past and they have lots of limits and restrictions that makes it rough when receiving packages. My only small complaint is I wish they were able to text me when I have mail/packages ready to pickup. My experience is strictly with dropping off and picking up mail/packages so I can't speak on purchasing postage or any other services. Absolute garbage If you're gonna be a postal drop place, then have a stuff for people to drop the lady's rude things. How do you expect people to come and do their business quickly expecting everyone to stand in line just to drop mail, get with the times or move over for someone who can this place sucks.
