They are the sweetest people and so helpful! They made sure that the information i gave was correct and had me double check it!! So for anyone who gave the wrong information and you don't bother to check it that's your fault not the business!! Also if items are broken it's because of the company who deliver it not the shipping place! You will regret going other places they can do everything for you and help save you money!!

Absolutely incredible postal location. Family friendly, family ran business with incredible professionalism and great service. I ship over 500+ packages and envelopes a month through various different carriers (primarily usps) and have not had one package go missing or get lost or ever other issues. Fantastic place if you need a postal location!!

I went to the Postal Annex to try and ship a package for Etsy Return. The lady at the front counter input the wrong NAME, ADDRESS and ZIP CODE. Now I have to wait for the package to return back to me before I have to pay again to have it shipped out somewhere else. I regret trusting Postal Annex with my information, time and money. I do not recommend.

Paid over 120 dollars to ship a Christmas package, and have been contacted many, many times by the shipper with problems with the paperwork that was NOT filled out correctly. NOW, to get there, I am being charged more as it got held by customs, and MAY NOT MAKE IT. DO NOT GO HERE. They had one job. I've never had so many issues shipping a simple package.

The store is a mess, smells like a used litter box. Intentionally mislead me to buy a more expensive prepaid shipping package, then charged me twice and cut it off my receipt so I wouldn’t see it. Luckily I checked my credit card statement and my bank refunded it. Do not use this postal annex.
