FedEx and UPS do not have my packages in the system, even though I have delivered two separate packages. When I looked at the receipt they give you when you deliver your package today, it says that they take no responsibility in case of loss. This was my first time using this place and it was a completely horrible experience. I went here to get my passport photos taken after my photos from CVS were rejected. I've been to multiple Walgreens and CVS locations- all of which had no photography station set up, and the staff had no training on how to take photos. At Postal annex, they have a fantastic setup with the proper lighting and a professional camera. They know what they're doing!
