I've had nothing but positive and pleasant experiences at the Mountain Park Postal Annex. Customers complaining about storage fees for excessive mail apparently didn't read the agreement they signed when they paid for a mailbox, which clearly states limits and fees for how many packages you can receive each month that don't fit in your box. Those who don't like the $1 fee for USPS drop offs can drop their mail in the free USPS box in the parking lot or take larger packages down the street to the post office. I love this company! Unfortunately a new employee at the Mountain Park store on Saturday failed to hand back my Real I.D Driver's license. She refused to accept any responsibility for her actions that included letting the two people behind me in line get her so confused, by cutting in front of me, that she carelessly let my "very valuable" I.D get lost. I realized what she had done, after I got home, and returned to find the "Real ID on the floor and her refusing to accept any responsibility for not returning it to me!! Her ... read more

First Postal Annex I've ever visited that tried to charge me to drop off packages with prepaid labels. Wild, just took my packages elsewhere.

Getting hit with a $3 “storage fee” has to be the greediest, most ridiculous charge possible. You’re already making money from every package sent out, yet you tack this on just because you “get a lot of packages”? That’s not a reason, that’s an excuse. It’s pure nickel-and-diming, and it guarantees I’ll never come back to this location.
