Cheyenne was so amazing. She was very friendly and helped me do some printing. This store has so many gifts and services. I don’t understand the bad reviews at all. I understand they charge a lot but people need to realize all costs have gone up. If you’re seriously that upset just go to the post office and get over it
I stopped coming here for major reasons. Unfortunately, the people that work here are definitely not customer service friendly, and do not know how to treat children. Not only is their appearance wacky but the way that my son and I were treated were absolutely inappropriate. They will never have my business again. They also owe me about $34 which I plan on getting in a check.
They have incredible service here .. I use them frequently.. Jasmine is terrific .. goes the extra mile and Katie too
