I have been a customer of this PostalAnnex for 13 years and received nothing but the best service. Since the new management took over several months ago its has been a nightmare. Wrong mail in my box, my mail missing, not always open when scheduled and there is no voicemail set up for their business number. Today I went in to pick up a very important envelope that a client had dropped of with the owner and they couldn't find it. TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they are doing and when my box rental is up, I am done.

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. I was a customer with this location for years with the previous owner and absolutely loved it here. They treated their customers with such kindness and respect. When it was sold to the new owner, they were the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their first interaction with us was to send a letter not welcoming us, but instead demanded numerous actions. From the first time I went in to see them, they were completely disorganized.
