I needed to ship a precious memento to my son for my grandchild. The new owners embody what GREAT customer service is all about, although new to the business they were able able to take care of my shipping needs with sure care, and the same friendly, super service was granted to other customers that came in for different needs. My son contacted me as soon as he received the package, it was fragile and it got there intact. They packaged it perfectly, all wrapped up and every corner was filled in to protect the items inside. We had a wonderful experience at the PostalAnnex. Ynes and Nestor were extremely helpful and VERY patient with us. They greeted us with a smile and kept that same energy throughout our visit. Unlike other locations, they took the time to find the best carrier and price for our needs. We will definitely return to this location for our postal and shipping needs. The store is tucked in the corner behind the gas station and next to Rancheritos restaurant. So glad we found them!
The Postal Annex in Boca Raton is under new ownership. The previous owner, Sam was wonderful; but Ynes is terrific! She introduced me to her husband and he is just as kind and helpful as Ynes. Ynes has gone out of her way to help me with my numerous printing needs. She's careful, methodical, and helpful. This business is tucked away in a little corner but worth every effort to find!
