The worker that helped me today was Ynes at the field print site in Boca Raton at Postal annex. Ynes was very knowledgeable, patient, polite and kind. She showed me my picture and made sure that I was satisfied. She made me feel at ease with the process of finger printing. I definitely recommend her. I didn’t have to wait at all, I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and finished in 10 minutes.
They’re always extremely helpful here and appropriately priced.
PostalAnnex in Boca Raton is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine professionalism. The service is friendly, courteous, and consistently excellent. I am truly grateful to be a customer here because every visit feels personal. I feel much more like a friend than just another customer. I have even heard o... read more
Great service. Same price as the post office, but options as well. No line when I was there. Polite and friendly service. Why would I ever go to the USPS's nasty and dirty location on Via Ancho (with the laziest employees in earth) when I could pop in here and be treated like a valued customer?? Clean, friendly, easy to get to, and outstanding custome service.
Postal Annex helped me three times with my passport pictures. The owner was extremely helpful and patient with me. Definitely recommend.
