I can’t say enough wonderful things about PostalAnnex in Boca Raton! Their customer service is truly exceptional every visit is easy, friendly, and efficient. They always go above and beyond to help, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They are not only professional, but truly great people. It’s rare to find this level of service nowadays, and I wish more stores offered the same warm and attentive experience. Stopped in here for the first time - but not the last time. I needed a special passport photo size and had struck out at 5 different places before finding Postal Annex. Ynes and Nestor could not have been more helpful. They worked hard to get my picture just right for me, always with kindness and a smile.
