Always have exceptional service. The owners are wonderful folks and are extremely helpful.
Granted, the gentleman does not get the happy person of the year award, but every time I've gone in he has done what it takes to make me a happy person,. Whether it's an odd sized/shaped item or clearing out space to get passport pics and reqs together and mailed. One time I forgot to enclose a BC label and I came back in and he found my package, cut it open, enclosed and resealed it. I'll take great service over a nice smile any day, however it probably would have gotten him that 5th star.
