Went into and asked if I could return a package via UPS. A simple no would have sufficed however, the grumpy old bald guy was very rude, turned his back and basically waved me off. I’d rather drive my package to its destination than deal with him again. I will never walk into their business again. The lady was friendly though, too bad she has to work with a curmudgeon.

Used PostalAnnex for the first time today and will definitely be using them again! I had an important package my daughter in college needed asap. John was very helpful and packaged it very carefully to assure it was kept safe. I was in and out quickly . The young lady helping customers was super friendly as well. I highly recommend them!

I desperately needed to mail a package. Googled and found this place of business which stated they were open until 8pm and mailed FED/Ex, UPS, and USPS packages. I was thrilled and rushed to get into the car! Once I arrived , the place was closed and a sign on the door that states they no longer mail USPS packages. They have a right to make changes. Very helpful. I'm so glad this business is here. They have gotten me out of quite a few pickles in the last year. Also love the knick knacks that are available.
