This particular location (Oak Park, Calif.) has dissapointed me consistently. I only go here when I have no choice but each time the owner and employee make me regret it. I dropped off a package with a phone three weeks ago for a UPS delivery. When it wasn't delivered, I went in this store to ask. Even after I provided the tracking number, all he told me was that the package was never recorded in their system, which means it never left their store. I’ve been to this location 3 times & each time have an issue. Like the other reviews have stated, the man who works there is not nice & always speaks to me like I’m an idiot or asking for a ridiculous favor. He once told me that the mail man would be too tired to come get my package. I was under the impression that was the whole point of the postal annex. Do not go to this location, it will just give you a headache!

I am very disappointed in the Postal Annex. I had not idea that they charge an additional fee for stamps. Even a small charge for the convenience would be fine, but I was charged $22 extra for a roll of 100 stamps. I called and was told if I pay in cash that I would get a 5% discount. This is so disappointing.

I’d definitely not recommend going to this location. The man working there was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a flat-rate box and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. I normally go to the location at T.O. & Lindero because the folks there are SO friendly!
