I’ve been to this location 3 times & each time have an issue. Like the other reviews have stated, the man who works there is not nice & always speaks to me like I’m an idiot or asking for a ridiculous favor. He once told me that the mail man would be too tired to come get my package. I was under the impression that was the whole point of the postal annex. Do not go to this location, it will just give you a headache!
I am very disappointed in the Postal Annex. I had not idea that they charge an additional fee for stamps. Even a small charge for the convenience would be fine, but I was charged $22 extra for a roll of 100 stamps. I called and was told if I pay in cash that I would get a 5% discount. This is so disappointing.
I’d definitely not recommend going to this location. The man working there was rude and unhelpful. I asked for a flat-rate box and he spoke to me like I was an idiot. I normally go to the location at T.O. & Lindero because the folks there are SO friendly!
The man here was extremely rude and unhelpful. Literally told us that he wouldn’t go to USPS and that he wouldn’t mail something to a PO Box. Go to the Agoura Hills location.
