Terrible service,, on December 15th I Requested important documents to be mailed to Panama I paid 169.00 usd,, until today December 26th the papers are still in their location, they blame DHL for not picking them up, I did not get a call from them at all.
Had to go print an important document and called to double check they would be open until 6pm as their hours stated. They confirmed that they would be, so I arrive at 5:50 pm and the lights are off. I knock on the door and the guy says they are closed already and he can't help me.
Professional and dedicated ,Postal Annex staff is dedicated to serve the public willing and going that extra mile.
This place needs to update their hours or hire more reliable employees. This is my third attempt to mail something, and they still aren’t open during their posted hours.
