Just called about a package that was drop off here and never scan in and was asking nicely if we could verify that in fact the package was there... (Due to it never being scan in it was still showing as just a label) The guy working tonight 12/13/24 about 5:40pm.. Had no clue what he was doing or whats even going on... had me repeat my shipping 3 times... and put me on hold over and over and over... after waiting he just picks up and says (give it time) I said its been two hours and normal places you SCAN in as you put hands... read more
Worse service I have ever had in a shipping co..went in to ask for a price to ship box..he said it was going to be around certain price.i said can't I have a for sure price..he said well it's going to be around..I'm like LIKE DO YOUR JOB..store is empty I can see why...
