I visited this place quite a few times. I didn't leave this place even with out once paying extra even for simple pre packaged drop off. The reasons vary, like packaging issue, printing issue, label scanning issue. Not quite sure if I am ready to continue over pay in the name of convenience..
I will go out of my way to go to this Postal Annex for two reasons. 1- The staff is always very friendly and welcoming 2- The staff is very efficient and helpful. They keep excellent records of their transactions and have helped me so much when I needed to find a lost piece of important mail. They are the best!
I have always received fast, efficient and knowledgeable assistance at this location.
