Carol is a rockstar!!! I I needed to overnight a letter but lost the receipt. I called postal annex to see if they could reprint my receipt and they were able to find the transaction and get me the tracking numbers I needed. Excellent work you guys. This is why I use you when in a bind.
I was pleased to find an alternative to USPS, but I was unexpectedly price gouged and will not return.
