One of the best post offices in the Reno/Sparks area! It’s always a pleasure coming in here. They make things simple & straightforward. It’s never a hassle dropping off my postage here. Staff are always friendly & inviting every time I come in !
Older white lady is very unpleasant. She was so weird and dry. Eventually I matched her nasty attitude and she finally got the hint that I was uncomfortable there. She was more concerned about the fedex guy than actually helping me. Meanwhile the other lady was the one dealing with fedex shipment to begin with. I don’t know- I just don’t want to come back here. Shame too bc I live close and it looks like a small business.
