Great at answering questions over the phone and always friendly and efficient when I stop by.
Always professional and kind service from the employees. Willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I will always choose over grouchy USPS employees.
You call yourself an authorized UPS shipper but can’t even supply UPS boxes to ship items and make people pay for a box from your store AND $2.95 to print a label since you can’t scan the UPS barcode. What a joke! I will know NOT to use this business especially when employees are rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. I’ve used “Postal Annex” all over the US and this is by far the worst. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
