Everyone who works here is very sweet and helpful. I appreciate that all the employees go above and beyond and always make you feel welcomed. Excellent service and outstanding staff. Unfortunately, if you have allergies or asthma, this is not a location for you! They put some scenty things in this office, so I always get an asthma attack and as friendly as the staff is, it’s just not worth it. I ended up going to another Postal Annex because I can’t take the asthma/allergy attack attacks I get when I go there.

Kelly at Postal Annex was amazing! Even though there was a long line, she was incredibly patient and never rushed the process. She made sure everything was done correctly so I wouldn’t have to come back again. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness. Great customer service!

Chris, was super professional and kind to me and the other patrons in the San Marcos Postal Annex. He was a one-man show that was super nice despite the busy lobby and even helped a man who requested assistance with his box. Great service is rare these days and it was super great to see such a helpful professional young man! Thank you, Chris!
