Had a box here since 2015. Never had a package or mail lost. Postal Annex has gotten much better over the years. The recently new owner's have cleaned it up alot and I enjoy coming here. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. I mainly encounter Josh who always has a smile, is very patient with a senior, and goes the extra mile. Ryan and Jessica are great as well. I walked in and was greeted very kindly by Jessica R. She was extremely patient and helpful! Any questions I had, she seemed very knowledgeable on and made sure I left knowing I got everything I needed done. I would definitely use this postal annex again in the future because of her!
