Always kind, friendly service. I can run in and hand them a. Pre-addressed package and they always take it kindly. They are good people here and much better than some of the others in town who have lost our packages before.

Had a box here since 2015. Never had a package or mail lost. Postal Annex has gotten much better over the years. The recently new owner's have cleaned it up alot and I enjoy coming here. All the employees are friendly and very helpful. I mainly encounter Josh who always has a smile, is very patient with a senior, and goes the extra mile. Ryan and Jessica are great as well.
