Went in today to get notary and was told by staff that Chris is on vacation and notary services are no longer offered. Then why is that an offer of notary service on all their advertising? It would be easy to remove that instead of having people waste a trip here. Luckily there is a UPS store also on El Camino Real 5 minute drive away! Also the staff person answered my questions without looking up at me; so disrespectful and like they say, “can’t get good service nowadays especially gen z!”

The clerk on this day, Asian lady, , I didn’t get her name (she was the only one there) was super unfriendly. No kind of customer service personality. She immediately made me uncomfortable I wanted to walk back out but I had to do my live scan. The service was done immediately though but I won’t return here again!

Went to open a mailbox. Cameron was courteous, quick, and knew what they were doing (not always a given in these places!).

I’ve had a mailbox at this Postal Annex for a few years now, and I’ve always been super impressed with Morgan. She somehow knows every mailbox customer by name and face—it’s honestly amazing. I walk in and she’s already pulling out my mail before I even say anything. Even when she’s the only one in the store and there’s a line, she handles it all like a champ.
