You have got to be kidding me! Refused to provide a receipt stating my tracking # would be enough. Discovered they had scanned, and therefore tracked, only one of my 2 packages. When queried I was told this could not possibly be the case as they scan all items. So, how to I prove they lost my $80 return item? Never going to this place again. There is NO reason to deny a patron a receipt except ineptitude, laziness, or theft.
