Risha Jethwa is very efficient, accommodating and professional in executing his job to deliver the needs of his customers. He’s smart , nice and kind. Did fingerprints here late October and the school didn’t get them back. I called they said they fixed it and it would be there the next day. I missed my son’s field trip. His first one in kindergarten due to whatever the issue was in their end. They school didn’t get them back the next day after I was told they should have them next day. I’ll never get that moment back or that memory either him. I didn’t even get an explanation of why it took this long. Mad.
