Love this location! Never have any problems or confusion when sending out my packages. The times I’ve went recently, Maria was the one who helped me each time. She’s amazing and so incredibly helpful! I can tell she knows her stuff and she gets everything done with ease. Thank you Maria for all your help and always being patient with me

I came in for a live scan about an hour before closing today, and the employee, Maria, was very hostile about it. She mentioned that it was time-consuming and that they don’t like doing live scans close to closing time. It was 5:02pm. However, the entire process—including payment and fingerprinting—took less than 8 minutes. The customer service was very lacking, not only toward me but also toward the customers before and after me. Maria was absolutely wonderful when I came in. She was patient while I got paperwork together and was very informative with opening a op box.
