I visited Postal Annex this morning to get a document notarized. The document required 2 witness who were not family members. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get the owner of a neighbor store to come over and act as a witness and sign the document. I have used the notary service at Postal Annex a few times and it is now my go to. I really appreciated the owner going above and beyond for me today!
The staff member was unable to communicate clearly. For example, they said “70” but pronounced it as “17,” which caused confusion. There was also no refund policy, and the customer service was very rude and unhelpful.
Poor communication and no mistake change policy.
Never opened- seems a fake service place
This place is a joke. Sat hours 10am-3pm. Waited for half an hour today (8/22) and the business never opened
