The clerk was new and had to call the owner to have her walk the employee thru the process of ooen8a new mailbox. I actually had to use their computer to assist, but I didn't mind. Normally good customer with an apperication to patronize their business.
I selected overnight delivery for my package, but it was delayed by more than 4 days. When I tried calling customer service, no one answered my calls. I even stopped by the office, and an employee told me that her manager would look into the issue and asked me to send an email with all the package details. It has now been more than 4 days since I sent the email, and I still have not received any response. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing.
