They even advised me why a pic would likely be rejected as a passport photo. They were the only people I could find in Plano who understood online I 9 processing. They called me when the notary lady was in the store and within 10 mins it had been completed, after several hours of trying to get banks, notaries, UPS and other organizations to do it. Also at a very reasonable price
