Good place for sending out document parcel. Neeraja was very helpful for check listing the documents for passport renewal , would recommend this place for everyone .

i've gone there twice during business hours, there is no notary on site both times. Just went there this morning to drop off a package and they're closed despite the fact that their business hours posted online say they're open
I visited Postal Annex this morning to get a document notarized. The document required 2 witness who were not family members. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get the owner of a neighbor store to come over and act as a witness and sign the document. I have used the notary service at Postal Annex a few times and it is now my go to. I really appreciated the owner going above and beyond for me today!
The staff member was unable to communicate clearly. For example, they said “70” but pronounced it as “17,” which caused confusion. There was also no refund policy, and the customer service was very rude and unhelpful.
