Very Helpful Customer Service Attendant I Called In An Order He Had Ready In Less Than 5mins Very Professional Customer Service And Courteous I’m A Customer Postal Annex Placentia Daily
I walked in with 2 boxes for a return. When I started taping the shipping labels, Ms Eri(or Ari) working there very politely approached me and offered to take over completing the boxes for me. All I had to do then was just wait for a min or so and she handed me my tracking receipt in no time. Thank you for the superb service.
Every time I went there I was treated very friendly and they were all very helpful. I've been there for different services and got all I needed done...and even had a few keys copied there as well. Big thumbs up!
Worst place to go for everything postal, the woman in there forgot to remove the staples in my documents, ripping them to shreds. And the rude owner wouldn't do anything about it, he offered me store credit, why would I want store credit from them? Do NOT go here I would rate 0 if I could. I printed my documents an hour ago which were from the secretary of STATE of Los Angeles. He would refuse to do anything. I would not have gotten my check if some woman didn't see how stressed I was.
