As always, Cindy is there when you need her! Although she moved from Waugh Chapel to Edgewater, I'm glad she's still close by to get packages out -- I had 7 items that needed boxes, packaging materials, & shipping. She takes a lot of care with our items and goes over all shipping options. I'm more than happy to support this small business!
Cindy is awesome. I visited the location twice, once for passport photos, and to have a document notarized. She provides prompt, efficient, and excellent customer service!
USPS was already closed (Saturday), so I decided to come into the postal annex. Cindy was a great help! I’ve been trying to mail something back home, and my label was always cutting off part of the address. Cindy helped me figure out I just have to ship in person instead of the click-n-ship from USPS that I was doing online. Was worth the drive since they moved locations next to Bike Doctor!
