I had a wonderful experience with this store. They were kind, professional and very helpful. Dealing with mailing items can be so stressful, but not here. The youngish brunette ms. made this experience a very good one. They also had unique, small gift items for under $10 that I had not seen anywhere else.Five Stars All The Way!
I shipped some holiday packages at Postal Annex. Bhavika is the owner. She and her staff are always kind, knowledgeable, and can pack any item for shipping. I will use their services anytime I need to ship something! They are the best!
Customer service is good, but they are so pricey! Like always $10-$30 to ship out small packages. I only recommend shipping out expensive items so you don't lose all your profit, and also if you wanna save time. It's quicker to get in and out vs USPS.
