Called ahead specifically to confirm they could print on envelopes, provide envelopes, stamp them, and mail letters all in one place. I have 50 Letters to send out. Was clearly told on the phone that they could handle everything. Drove 20 minutes to get here, only to be told in person that they can’t print on envelopes at all and instead wanted to put a shipping label on each envelope for about $5 per piece — which is completely different from what I was told.
