I was supposed to start working at this PostalAnnex location, but the experience was extremely unprofessional. After being told I was hired, my training was delayed for two weeks with no clear communication. Then, after waiting patiently, I was informed that they had hired someone else instead. Wasted time and poor communication. Not a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for respectful treatment or reliability.

I love this place. It’s a franchise so it’s supporting small business owners too. Use it for my business and personal. All my shipping, they can ship USPS, UPS and FedEx. I have PO Box there for my business. The owners are so nice and always super helpful. Highly recommend using them for all your shipping!! They also do print and shirts.

Update: Angel is amazing! She is always so nice and helpful. She is 5 stars all the way!!!!! had a wonderful experience with this store. They were kind, professional and very helpful. Dealing with mailing items can be so stressful, but not here. The youngish brunette ms. made this experience a very good one. They also had unique, small gift items for under $10 that I had not seen anywhere else.Five Stars All The Way!

Ordered t shirts and hats for my husband's business. The quality and the service was spectacular. Isabella really helped us out with placing our order and getting it fulfilled in a timely manner. Will definitely order from them again.
