Outrageous price differences compared to using USPS, Fedex, or UPS directly. I waited several minutes for a clerk to help me. After waiting, the clerk asked what I needed, and before generating my quote for shipping, she paused and took a 5 minute long phone call with another customer. After receiving a quote that was almost double what I'd pay at USPS, I took my item back and politely said I'd be going directly to USPS. She loudly called after me as I walked out the door, talking about how I'd be waiting in line for forever... read more
