Staff here are so friendly and helpful. I use this place often and it's always very pleasant.
I use this place quite often, decided to finally write a review today. Customer service is often the simplest way a business can distinguish itself, yet this particular Postal Annex proves the opposite time and time again. It’s not the first time the staff has been rude, this morning, I was met by a young staff member whose demeanour was extremely rude. She was actually doing me a favour by taking the package. Won’t be going here again…
Little shopagewsrt on funds so I dcalled around to see how much it would cost to print sevral hundred letter sized pages with three holes. They were super helpful responded very quickly and the cost less than half of what Home Depot wanted to charge.
Edit to add: I just read the other reviews and must add that we are afro-latino and my dad certainly looks it. He asked me to do this review to commend the service he got, so I'm a believer that there's no prejudice here. Sent my senior pops out to ship a package yesterday with detailed instructions. We needed to send some medications for my mom while she's up visiting family in Ft. Worth area and decided to extend her stay. So needless to say, very important time sensitive items.
