I have a lot of UPS packages to pick up here. Kevin always remembers me and knows exactly where my packages are. He makes my pickup easy and always leaves me smiling. I really appreciate you, Kevin.

Mr. Sykes has 5 star customer service! He is always so friendly, he personally contacts me to come check my box or collect my mail. I recommend Postal Annex to anyone needing a safe, confident place for your belongings!

Postal Annex is top tier. The staff is consistently helpful and friendly. The owner is always very welcoming and personable. To date, there hasn't been a task that Postal Annex hasn't been able to execute. They continually exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

Great experience at Postal Annex! The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful. The service is quick, and they make everything easy whether you’re shipping a package, printing something, needing something notarized, or taking care of other business needs. It’s always nice to support a locally owned business that truly cares about its customers. Definitely recommend them!
