I cannot praise Kevin Sykes, the owner of Postal Annex in Antioch TN , more highly for the stellar service he provided my family. After my stepmother died he shipped things all over the country to various family members, many were heavy or extremely fragile. Kevin successfully shipped many framed art works that were extremely vulnerable and they ALL arrived in perfect condition. Didn't receive any notifications from Ipostal that is updated by PostalAnnex that an important package from a prominent organization had arrived when the delivery date was two days short of a week ago. I traveled to this location days after my package was delivered and was told nothing was there.
