Very rude customer service and false advertising. We went here cause we needed passport pictures. It said online and at the front of the store we can do it here. We went inside and asked and lady said “we don’t do that here” and to go to CVS. I asked why don’t you do it here and she said very loudly and rude “CAMERA NOT WORKING”. That’s when I told her she should remove the sign in front. My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Chandra and Trinity are beyond amazing! I visited their shop every week for a month and half to ship out books and swag on behalf of my company. They were extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable during each visit. I highly recommend utilizing their services whenever you have shipping needs!! Beyond grateful for each of them. Thank you Chandra and Trinity!!

This placed refused to service me for being Jewish. They told me to get service from USPS. Sad, the last time I saw such behavior was 1996, in Russia. Never believed that this plague would reach Los Altos
