Their website makes it seem like they offer fingerprint scans when they don’t. Also they opened 10 minutes late. Leaving two stars instead of one because in their defense, I should have called ahead to confirm.

I'll just recount the facts surrounding the experience and you can decide for youself. 1. Dropped off a package worth $300 with insurance 2. Lady refuses to give receipt for USPS 3. Package labeled with battery inside (so one can infer its valuable small electronics like a phone) 4. USPS never scanned it, called multiple times and Postal Annex claims they gave it to USPS 5. missing mail search gives no results. Insurance won't pay because USPS never scanned it
