Terrible service & rude.
I had a terrific experience. A package came all the way around the world, and I made a mistake. The Japanese seller and Postal Annex had my package waiting on the counter for me, no charge, as promised. Just a lovely smile and well- wishes, as I left town, with my package. 👌 Thank you, so much, Postal Annex!
