Only reason this isn't a one-star is because I have previously used them and the experience was okay. Past 9:00 a.m. and I've been waiting outside for 10minutes...still closed even though hours are posted as M-F 9am to 7pm... if you can't open on time, change the posted hours.

Place usually does a good job. Workers are typically friendly and helpful with one exception. Not enough to make me not come back but a recent experience fell short. Patience in customer service is key as well as not making the customer feel like an inconvenience.

We had an urgent need for passport-size photos after we had already moved from Houston to Austin, and we were completely stuck because the photos were needed to continue an important application. The team at postal Annex went above and beyond to help us, even though we were no longer in Houston. They worked with us over the phone, helped us get the photos generated quickly, and even provided some complimentary prints. They then arranged to have the pictures shipped to us overnight in Austin.
