Harper was great, really helpful and amazing customer service!
Needed to send a package overnight from Waxhaw to Wilmington. I was as advised by PostalAnnex to use FedEx home delivery. The package was delayed several times and is now scheduled to deliver 6 days later! I am very disappointed in the delivery of FedEx and the advice of the PostalAnnex personnel since these are time sensitive documents. Save yourself some time and heartache and go straight to FedEx, UPS, or the post office. I will never use PostalAnnex to ship again!
The staff is always so helpful, patient, knowledgeable & QUICK!! Definitely just what we needed in this part of Waxhaw.
