This place is serious garbage now. Prices have skyrocketed and I have zero confidence of packages getting there when the person says. I did a lot of shipping out of this location, now I am moving on. New owners should take note of the terrible service.
They are suppose to open at 8am, but there have been several times that I have been waiting in the parking lot at 8:15 or later and no one shows up to open until sometimes as late as 8:45 am! Time to send your employees an alarm notification to wake up and turn the key at 8 am.

I had such a great experience at the Postal Annex in Waxhaw. I was in need of printing my portfolio for a job interview in a short amount of time. Harper was so great!! Not only did he deliver a great product he also provided great customer service. If you are need of printing services in addition to shipping packages this is a great local place!
