I've been coming here for years and I finally had to take the time out to post about the new staff. Everytime I come here now the staff and is extremely helpful and goes out of there way to assist me in any type of package I need, measurements, etc. Connie and Leticia have been nothing but amazing and really puts a 5 star on customer service!! Thank you Postal Annex in La Verne!!
I had to get fingerprint here for out of state license and the people here were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.
Called to ask a question about livescan availability. Employee rudely asked me to stay on hold. I was on hold for 7 minutes and then they hung up on me lol.
You should clearly state your hours for specific services if you do not offer all services during normal business hours. It’s frustrating to waste time to drive to a business during operating hours to be told you don’t offer a service at that time.
They’re efficient and friendly. We’ve been happy with their service for several years.
