Called to ask a question about livescan availability. Employee rudely asked me to stay on hold. I was on hold for 7 minutes and then they hung up on me lol.
You should clearly state your hours for specific services if you do not offer all services during normal business hours. It’s frustrating to waste time to drive to a business during operating hours to be told you don’t offer a service at that time.
They’re efficient and friendly. We’ve been happy with their service for several years.
